I've been meaning to write about the stomach being the way to healing for a long time, because I have seen again and again how simple changes related to the stomach area are the way to big improvements in life. Each time I was back on the job market or got ready for an exam or certification, the stomach is the physical aspect I would tackle first.
There are particularly three aspects I really want to highlight:
I can already hear you that you don't like 'Abs' work, but only 5 minutes every other day can make a huge difference, as long as you do it with your best intention. You would be surprised how brighter your energy will be and how fast you build your confidence when you do it first thing in the morning!
